Managed the promotional activities of the optical frames (year-end clearance, mid-year clearances, mega days and seasonal promotions) through calculating the return of investment of each activity and select the items to be included in MENA &Turkey.
Responsibilities :
• Coordinating between different teams the sale activities throughout the year and making sure of the product availability.
• Analysing sales performance of stores to rank them and monitoring market trends
• Allocating sale products to different stores.
• Replenishment planning, inventory management, demand management SAP.
• Daily, weekly and monthly demand/forecast planning to ensure store delivery an satisfaction.
Delivered more than 40 initiatives in the laundry department and successful depletion of packaging materials that worth $50, 000.
Responsibilities :
• Managing long term projects using Microsoft project (CPS) to set the projects milestones and time frame.
• Leading a weekly and monthly meetings with the Global Business unit and other supply chain planners to follow up on the completion of milestones of each project and ensure the due dates are met.
• Responsible for the artwork cycle of the initiatives and translating the texts as well as approving the artworks.
• Setting a monthly meeting with the leadership team to update them on the progress and success of each major initiative and any foreseen risks.
• Coordinating & following up with Marketing on the approval of the essential documents.
• Working on a stretched lead times with different functions to react on competition.
• Concurring along with marketing &finance the monthly price list.
• Creating barcodes and finished product codes using 1TMD system.
