Responsibilities
•Troubleshooting and resolving technical issue
•Managing user account in the company portal & also provides rights as per the user severity.
•Managing account in Office 365 & adding user to their particular group.
•Troubleshooting of company software to internal user & also outside client.
•Troubleshooting of office application, desktop, laptop & other hardware issue & following up with vendor for the same,
•Working with Ticketing software within and outside the organization, escalating the ticket to proper support department so that it can be closed in timely manner.
•Arranging WebEx session & Go to Meeting session to resolve client issue.
•Timely updating of the ticket .
•Creating of new user to ticketing portal and to internal portal.
Responsible for handling desktop and other IT related issues
•Provide support for local LAN network.
•Checks on emails, take proper action & preparation of daily report.
•Analyze the calls on response & resolution time violation of SLA.
•Backup and restoring data.
•Creating User accounts & assigning rights.
•Installation of network printer and Local Printers.
•Handling Avaya Phone setup.
•Image deploying of the OS.
•Troubleshooting of Blackberry device.
•Configuring of mails in blackberry & Ipads.
•Responsible for daily operation which include daily routine check of all critical application servers verifying status of all critical services, disk spaces & CPU utilization.
•Providing Remote support to the Associate who travel & also the team in Remote location through LogMeIn123 tool.
•Vendor management
Responsibilities:
•Handling & troubleshooting of Desktop related issue.
•Installation & configuration of software & utilities as per client requirements.
•Configuration of network printers & scanners.
•Assembling of Pc’s for clients.
•Escalation & co-ordination with network team in case of network problem.
•Configuration of WI-FI connectivity on user laptops.
•Installation of Windows patches and updating Antivirus pattern.
•Installation of network printer and network scanner.
•Continuously monitoring status of antivirus solving virus related issue.
•Managing user accounts and groups.
•Configuration of user profiles on local machines & providing network resources.
•Moving machines in respective domain, creating user account, Setting policies, Assigning rights to domain users
•Troubleshooting CISCO IP Phone.
•Configuring & Managing the N/W resources like share folders & share drives.
•Provide the weekly & monthly report as per client request.
•Performing BOD & EOD activities
Responsibilities:
•Co-ordinate with vendors for Hardware related issues.
•User’s data backup at regular intervals.
•Handling the installation, testing and maintenance of support systems.
•Installation of Windows patches and updating Antivirus pattern.
•Setting up video conferencing between different locations.
•Installation & configuration of MS outlook 07.
•Troubleshooting & handling of desktop hardware & software issues.
•Maintaining & updating asset inventory.
•Updating the antivirus on regular basis & installation of patches as they are released.
•Installation & configuration of E-mail client.
•Escalation & co-ordination with network team in case of network problem.
