Core Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HR function for the JVs in Dubai and India by developing and implementing strategic and tactical HR practices and direction in alignment with the Business Strategy

- Forecast, Manage and Report on the HR Budget, ensuring business cost savings, and business revenue is reached
- Lead the Engagement strategy through supporting local business leaders on developing and delivering targeted local action plans following annual engagement surveys
- Develop a local Reward Strategy in alignment with C&B directives of both mother companies
- Ensure the proper legal advice is obtained to ensure all local legal requirements are being applied in HR
- Build relationships with local and global stakeholders to ensure best practice are shared and aligned
- Act as a coach and advisor to the ECFT Leadership Team through mentoring and influencing.
- Work closely with senior management to create a culture of employees’ development and planning to deliver business strategy
- Oversee best in class HR operations, controls and governance
- Lead on cultural change management in ECFT while providing guidance and support to senior and middle management
