An automated and portable soap maker which produces 9 pieces of bar soaps as finish product with a duration of 4 hour process including drying and cutting.
Hard components are made up of stainless sheet metals and angle bars and conveyor belt while electronic components consists of sensors, microcontroller module, program integrator and burner.
Raw materials for saponification are alkali and water.
