• Initiate, Manage, Oversee, and complete AVL related Projects, Monitoring and coordinate the daily activities of the AVL team to ensure projects are completed using best practices and standards.
• Collect and implement AVL related business requirements.
• Define accountability matrix between different Hafil units and between Hafil & vendor ‘Service Provider’.
• Define, implement, and manage AVL maintenance & installation processes.
• Define & implement AVL operation process (monitoring, operation plan update, fleet movement process, etc.….).
• Design and schedule AVL reports, implement advanced analysis technique including dashboards.
• Define, implement and manage AVL scheduled maintenance activities.
• Proactively optimize & leverage AVL technology to drive efficiency in business operations.
• Ensures the full functionality of AVL solution and address issues if they occur in timely manner.
• Supervise day to day AVL related tasks.
• Supervise vendor/in-house AVL support activities.
• Monitor vendor SLA & performance.
• Regularity review billing, assets, and all financial aspects of AVL service.
• Drive the service quality KPI’s for AVL.
• Provide day-to-day guidance, mentoring and constructive feedback to the team.
• Working in Active Directory(AD) as an Administrator.
• Solving Problems as an IT Help Desk Support Officer such as Maintaining the printers and its cartridges and any troubleshoot that will face users (Software and Hardware).
• Coordinating with Vendors to maintain IT stocks.
• Installing, configuring the Windows and installing all applications and software's for new users that they are required.
• Adding, updating and creating anything new into IT Inventory.
• Initiating the PO (Purchase Order) for new things that we want to buy from the Vendor.
• Responsible for the Server Room like Maintaining the Data Tape on daily bases and keep them in safe place. Also, responsible of routers and switching.
• Checking the cables, internet Connectivity, handling all network issues…etc.
• Provide support for AVAYA System (IP Office System Status, and AVAYA IP Office Manager). Setup and Configuring AVAYA IP telephony system.
• Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting IP telephony units and cables (AVAYA Telephone System).
• Experience in AVAYA Switches, and Firewalls.
• Troubleshooting & Help Desk in general.
• IT training to enhance my performance to be in good organizational level.
• Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting Wireless Networks and Devices.
• Creating extensions and configuring call records.
• Remote support for branch networks (using VNC, Any Desk and TeamViewer).
• Handling issues with STC, and other data and communication services providers.
• Working, developing, updating, and changing some data in AS/400 that helps the accountant users in Abbar&Sons Foods, Co.
• Updating/Adding/Programming codes to AS/400 Application
• Maintaining problems in IBM 5224/4224 Printers and other Printers/Devices.
• Troubleshooting problems in AS/400 application.
the data concerning the pilgrims coming for Umrah by using Database progarm called “Way to Umrah”.
•Advertised the pilgrims coming to the company system, and drove out their data after they finish from Umrah.
•Announced a fleeng pilgrims who didn’t get out from the country after they done from Umrah.
•Intriduced data and analyzed it to the system.
لقد شاركت مع زملائي في الدراسة على مشروع التخرج وهو "التعداد السكاني" بلإستخدام لغة JavaScript ، ولقد حاز على إستحسان المعلمين . I have participated with my classmate on the graduation project which was a Census by using JavaScript Language, and it won the approval of the teachers.
