Responsible for overall Engineering,
Procurement and Construction
• Participated in Pre-Engineering survey
• Reviewing of Billing Breakups and also
involved in Raising Bills at site.
• Reviewing of DCI & MCI list
• Preparation of formal response and clarification
for the comments from clients, subcontractors on
the drawing, calculation, reports and
specifications.
• To prepare and specify the scope of work for
package vendors/Consultants.
• Preparation / Review of TIE-IN Points and
identifying the locations
• Participates in design review meetings with
client, consultant and Packagers
• Tracking of design and engineering
deliverables and expediting issuance.
• Review of the piping layout, isometrics,
support mapping and support details drawings
• Expediting the vendor documents for timely
completion of engineering and associated site
Activities.
• Handling of Rotary packages like Pumps,
Compressors, blowers etc.
• Handling of Various Packages like Heater Treater, Indirect Bath
Heaters, Separators, scrubber, GDU, Flare. N2 generation, Air
Compressor Unit, Gas Scrubber, H2S Remover etc.
• Preparation and Floating of RFQs for various equipment and
Preparing Technical and commercial comparison sheet for individual
equipment.
• Preparation of Milestone certificates.
• Closure of Punch points.
• Site visit during Pre-engineering, detail engineering and pre-
commissioning.
• Preparing Estimation for Bidding in New Projects for Turnkey Job.
• Preparing Costing Sheet for the packages related to Turnkey project.
• Supporting the field Engineer during Erection / Installation of
Equipment, Pipes, Piping spools, Valves and Instruments etc.
• Execution of Site activities such as Piping, Equipment erection,
Insulation and Painting.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports.

Project : DAA Expansion, MO Expansion, Hydrogenation Batch Plant,
TMCH NONE & NOL Plant Revamping, Chiller Plant, Cooling Tower
Installation.
Duration : 72 Months, Overall Project Value: 36 Crore INR

• To prepare budget & project schedule on MS project of each project.
• Preparation and Implementation of PMP ( Plant Modification Procedure).
• Create reports of Project progress to update the project management.
• Detail technical discussion with consultants & active participation in upcoming projects.
• Basic understanding P&ID and process flow diagram.
• Preparing Civil Layout for New upcoming plant.
• Review Civil Drawings received and make suitable changes on confirmation with the consultant.
• Prepare data-sheet for project related process equipment. (e.g. Heat-exchanger, pressure vessels, storage tanks).
• To check fabrication drawings received & communicate with vendor till the drawing gets approved for fabrication.
• Visit the vendor place for material identification & NDT testing of equipment ( Hydro test).
• To prepare plant layouts, Equipment layouts, P&IDs for new projects.
• To prepare piping isometrics for critical piping.
• To study plant modification schemes, material list, equipment details, costing sheet for each scheme.
• Procurement & follow-up of all project related items. (E.g. Pipes, valves, Flanges, pumps, motors, equipment, Bolts).
• To visit the factory and support the site personnel for execution of the various projects undertaken.
• Active participation in Pre-commissioning and commissioning during project
• Site contractor job bill checking.
