Now I’m working in the International Bank for Trade and Finance and I’m doing everything connected to: Accounts, Transfers, Cheques, Grantees, loans, Letters of Credit and Bills
I was responsible for controlling some inventories and find the gross margin for each department and included it in our sales report
. And everything connected to the sales in Carrefour
. The daily turnover (sales) report and the monthly sales report.
. The booking for the sales and the way of payments: cash, check, LPO, FCY, gift vouchers or credit card.
. The credit card & it's commission process and their booking
The monthly reconciliation for all the accounts that I book in.
The short/over of the cashiers for the salaries deduction list then I started to work as Chief Accounts assistant I’m doing
Some of the taxes process like income and rent tax
. Checking the invoices and record them on the System and then make the payment for them
. The intercompany debits & Credit notes between our branch and our HO
International booking them and reconcile them and all of our H.O accounts each month and their monthly annex.
. Recording the fixed assets in our Ho or Store and their depreciation and make the assets TRF between our branches.
. Doing the cash entries and the bank process related entries.
Beside checking the accountants entries and post them
I was resposible for every thing connected to the company financial issues : purchases bills, payments, employees salaries, customers bills & company's budget
