Management System
- Perform site inspections to establish H&S presence,
provide support and check that working practices are
safe and comply with relevant legislation, project
Policies and Procedures.
- Lead in detailed Incident Investigation, Root Cause
Analysis, and Corrective & Preventive Actions.
- Carry out risk assessments and consider how risks
could be reduced.
- Keep records of inspection and or audit findings and
produce reports that suggest improvements

take into account all relevant hazards.
- Lead in-house training about health and safety issues
and risks.
- Provide assistance and advice on H&S issues to make

- Evaluates site procedures and equipment to determine controls needed to keep workers safe. Safety measures may include engineering controls, such as barriers or ventilation, personal protective equipment or safety procedures.

- Conduct Toolbox Meeting When incidents occur, the in-charge investigates the accident to determine the root cause. The in-charge works with the facility team(a group which concerns for safety and security) to implement corrective actions to ensure a similar incident does not occur again.
- Responsible for oversight of health and safety within the department and is a principal contact for all staff, contractors, and sub-contractors to address health and safety issues or concerns.
- Works with the management and supervisory personnel in the department to identify potential hazards associated with their operations and activities.
- Safely install all safety signage as necessary on all sites.
- Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management. Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment)
