Over all training coordination of training programs for various clients in the middle east and gulf region.
•Ensure support for the current strategic activities of the department in terms of internal communications, external communications, Branding and CSR.
•Support Corporate Communications (CCD) Manager in daily tasks as required.
•Responsible for drafting and preparing monthly reports.
•Draft departmental correspondence and emails.
•Answer & screen departmental phone calls (internal/external).
•Keep on track of CCD manager’s calendar and itineraries.
•Prepare Purchase Request, Sponsorship Request, CAPEX and expenses claims for the department.

•Continuously monitor payments request, printing order and service request received from external/internal clients.
•Ensure support for the organizing team during exhibitions and company gatherings.
•Receive and process all employees’ Business Card request.
•Keep records and inventory of company’s premium items such as Corporate Gifts and Corporate Flyers requested by Rawabi Holding Departments and its affiliates.
•Record incoming/outgoing documents and ensures availability upon request
•Ensure confidentiality of all documents.
•Maintain filing system.
•Carry out different Corporate Communications activities as assigned.
In-charge in Management Training for affiliates employees of the company.Provide secretarial task to section head of management training section.
Provide executive secretarial function to the director of Project Management Office. Program coordinator for PMI-AGC for all Project Management Institute programs in central region.
Receives and records daily cash/check collections. Ensure collection reports for submission to credit & collection dept.
Office administration and secretarial jobs for import-export company in Jeddah. Job responsibilities include, stock monitoring and staff administration.
Accounting staff functio, incharge of accounts receivables of the branch. responsibility includes, acting as OIC during appliance exhibit and assistant to the purchasing manager.
