 Production Quality Control (PQC) is the basic requirement of my job description. Managing and supervision of Labs for this purpose is key utility to collect, analyze and sort technical data which includes complete physical and chemical analysis to make decisions and to share with authorities. An upright grip on lab scale apparatuses, methodologies and data collection techniques is required which is gained from more than 7 years of hand on experience in this field.

 Raw Materials quality analysis, standards development and their purchase according to the data collected by collaboration with PPC and Supply Chain departments

 Body Composition, being a Chemical Engineer and as a chemist from previous professional experience and well informed with the physical behavior of ceramic raw materials with the change of temperature I am actively participating. Also, to maintain quality in continuous process and behavior of SLIP in the Ball Mills, Dryers, and SILOS preventive measurements applications in CRUSHERS and Storage bins are applied. We may call it describe it as Supervision of body department in a supportive role.

 Research & Development for alternatives of raw materials considering cost and recycling processes application in wherever possible in plant either in form of material, energy or manpower to reduce the process cost but not compromising on quality.
