• Organized meetings for incoming Local and International visitors which included coordinating with the Public Relations office and the concerned departments.
• Resolved administrative issues by coordinating efforts and identifying solutions.
• Produced a variety of documents (e.g., website content, publications, articles, presentations) and learning products (e.g., evaluations, tools, research) related to the Organizational Development Division for distribution to external audiences.
• Furnished departments, agencies, as well as the public as instructed with information by searching and abstracting technical data, giving explanations of, policies or procedures, sending materials, and composing routine letters.
• Prepared a variety of correspondence, forms, reports and present when needed.
• Created and maintained a database for case tracking and Database.
