Develop communications strategy.
- Draft, follow up/update marketing and publications materials.
- Generate, follow up and keep up to date RBG social media material and web content.
- Manage and follow up events.
- Full reporting of the communication component of the projects.
- Manage media relations.
- Communicate with all local and regional partners for programs implementation.
- Attend meetings and planning needed sessions for programs implementation and write up minutes of meetings.
- Translate legal and general documents.
- Manage and coordinate local and regional projects and activities.
- Report the progress of the program to management.

- Assist Training Manager in preparing all training materials.
- Manage event sessions; registration, photo shooting and communication with participants before, during and after sessions.

- Prepare daily press reports for H.E. the Minister of Justice.
- Supervise events and seminars, as well as guide news reporters, journalists, and coordinate official indoor and outdoor visits.
- Contribute in writing and publishing the Ministry's press releases.

- Supervise the Ministry's Activities Committees.
- Prepare the Ministry's publications; the annual reports and the newsletters.
- Written and consecutive interpretation from Arabic to English and vice versa.
- Handle correspondences with foreign universities for Law students awarded Future Judges grant.
- Follow up with the admitted students in the foreign universities regarding their academic progress and financial commitment to their schools.
- Provide counseling to potential awardees.
- Follow up the progress of the students in English Language courses for their admission in the foreign universities.
- Prepare monthly reports for upper management.
- Surf universities’ & official websites for updating purposes and reports.
- Participate in official field visits & meetings for networking purposes.
- Advise potential students about UK universities.
- Handle correspondences with the UK universities after submitting potential students’ applications.
- Help the potential students in any challenge they might encounter with regarding their eligibility of being admitted UK universities proficiently.
- Receive office fees and deposits to be sent to the UK universities.
- Advise the potential students with study visa arrangements and visa applications.
- Follow up with the recruited students in the UK universities.
- Attend workshops held in Amman for the UK universities’ representatives & visiting UK universities as their representative in Jordan.
- Supervise single visits sessions in office.
- Conduct meetings with faculties’ deans & personnel of Jordanian universities for familiarization purposes.
- Consecutive interpretation from Arabic to English and vice versa during official visits conducted by the universities representatives.
- Set appointments for business meetings between Jordanian businessmen and with the Korean delegates.
- Follow up with the Jordanian businessmen for future events.
- Attend and supervise the meetings, including, introducing the Jordanian businessmen with their Korean counterparts.
