Managing Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) data base.
Processing monthly payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries. Handling payroll queries and forwarding salary slips to respective departments after final payroll processing.
Update, monitoring and generating employee attendance, absenteeism and overtime reports, sending notices and implementing payroll policies and penalties on a regular basis to support the payroll.
Leave management and prepare End of Service (EOS) as per the UAE labor law and company policy.
Preparing monthly and year-end reports such as preparing head count, employee turnover, new joiners & leavers, on leave & leave returned promotions, terminations, transfers etc.
Maintaining medical Insurance policy for the total employees for the assigned location. Handling additions & deletions of employees to and from medical policy for new Joiners & leavers.
Coordinating in recruitment from UAE, India, Pakistan, Philippines, Bangladesh and Nepal. Preparing offer letters and relevant
documentations for visa processing. Coordinating on-boarding process including induction, orientation and advance payment from petty cash.
Keeping track of various changes in employee status and prepare employee status change (ESC) form as per the approval from concern manager(s).
Handle other HR functions like exit Interview; liaise with banks, employee certificate requests, clearance formalities, final exit formalities etc.
Handle disciplinary action based on the nature of offense and U.A.E labor law.
Responding to various queries from employees and external contacts. Provide quality HR support and ensure all procedures are in line with company policy as well as U.A.E labor law
Providing general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms, files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures, arranging meetings, tracking deadlines etc.
Implementing various Performance Based Incentive (PBI) policies to achieve department and organization wise goals under the ‘Employee Reward and Recognition Program’
Entering new hire information in the human resource system database. Oversees the human resource database. Ensures that system records are accurately recorded and cross-checked.
Preparing monthly and year-end reports regarding promotions, terminations, transfers, and new head counts.
Coordinating on-boarding process including induction and orientation, development training programs and arranging resources as needed.
Preparing paperwork needed to create new employee profile, Keeping track of various changes in employee status. Providing assistance in monitoring employee performance appraisal process.
Interacting with and sharing information to employees, department heads, job applicants and any other assignments given by the dept.
