Project: Honeywell Account RPO
• Working as part of Honeywell’s staffing team
servicing all recruitment requirements throughout
MENA region.
• Recruiting across all business areas including Oil &
Gas, Home and Building Technologies, Aero,
Cyber, Safety and Productivity Solutions.
• Process orientated environment with daily
deadlines, data reporting, systems management
and review meetings.
• Responsible for facilitating and supporting
immigration cases of each candidate by keeping
abreast of frequently changing visa requirements
across 8 countries.
• Supporting the client’s gender diversification and
nationalization strategy through regular niche
headhunting campaigns.
• Successfully filled 42 positions YTD (Feb - Sept '18)
• Handling A-Z recruitment process from headhunting prospect candidates, CTS, interviewing, offer negotiations and contracts through to onboarding.
• Using portals, linkedin, social media, cold calling, company lists, referrals and professional networks to reach out to candidates of interest.
• Creating job advertisements, job descriptions, and online flyers and marketing for specific events/open days.
• Recruiting candidates into commission only paying roles so there was a strong emphasis on selling the company and benefits.
• Introduced an onboarding and training structure for new hires
• Organized a successful open day from overseas within a 3 week period. There were approximately 50 headhunted attendees and the open day resulted in 7 placements.
• Successfully meeting recruitment targets and winning company incentives.
• Using sales, business development and
marketing techniques in order to attract
business from client companies.
• Managing a team of 3 researchers who would
support my accounts’ requirements with the
objective to ensure that the clients’ needs are
met and continual business is won.
• Data mining and cold calling on a daily basis
• Keeping market awareness and strategies for
growth i.e. local and regional trends,
upcoming projects, useful networking events,
advertising opportunities etc.
• Putting together individual proposals for each
client and negotiating contractual terms of
business.
• Managing 30+ active accounts spread across
Finance and Banking, Insurance,
• Weekly and monthly management meetings to review department performance against targets, merchandising and promotions of new stalk, using initiatives to implement staff and team incentives to help drive sales and promotions.
• Conducting daily briefings for team to motivate staff and inform them of incentives, targets, new trends or collections, weekly best sellers etc.
• Responsible for creating daily floor plans and monthly rotas for 30+ staff
• Customer service focused role within this busy flagship fashion retail store.
• Helping interview, recruit and train new store members
