Develop performance marketing campaigns across a range of channels such as paid search,
Amazon ads, Facebook / social media ads, retargeting, display, and other Channels.
-Grow sales and measure performance against ROI and KPI targets Develop A/B testing ideas and
test targeting and creative variations for performance improvements
-Work closely with the rest of the internal team as well as external partners to optimize online
content and improve conversion rates
-Identify new channels and opportunities for growth and test their effectiveness

The responsibility is helping to grow and shape Andalusia Medical Group through the execution
and optimization of the paid campaign.
The Duties includes,
-Manage our Digital Campaigns including paid search, display advertising, Facebook, Instagram,
and another social media platform paid to advertise.
-Daily, hands-on optimization of campaigns and as well managing external vendor and agency
relationships.
-Manage budgets, milestones, and deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects; measure and
report results; and craft recommendations for future growth.
-Identify and create digital marketing programs to drive direct sales and acquire new customers.
-Identify trends and new opportunities in online marketing. -Identify and develop new strategic
vendor relationships. Ensure all development and design meets high-quality standards and goes
through appropriate channels for approval. Keep current with emerging web and communication
technologies through relevant blogs, forums, and events. Collaborate with Digital Team to create
graphics, photos and brand elements for Sprouts’ email and web properties.
-Providing mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the team
-Leading an all-star team through an exciting transition to build problem solving, critical
thinking, analytical and technical capabilities which will enable the department to develop
deeper, more scalable solutions
-Serving as a cross-functional and a global liaison in developed areas of expertise.
-Establishing team goals and work with direct reports on strategies for executing, measuring
progress and sharing results
-Delivering projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development,
working directly with global cross-functional teams to tackle analytical approaches and develop
solutions.
-Identifying actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence team strategy through
effective communication Advocating for users within their market, partnering with global and
diverse teams to develop global solutions.
Oversee the activation of social media and online marketing strategies, tools and tactics through
daily communication with related agencies.
• Monitoring return on investment for all online initiatives and campaigns.
• Develop, measure and optimize the entire online content based on analytics.
• Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at
the forefront of industry developments.
• Managing the daily content calendar for all social media platforms.
• Drive email marketing, including developing agency briefs, collaborating with the agency on
creative, building and sending emails, list segmentation, testing and tracking/reporting on results.
• Maintaining strong online marketing intelligence.
• Collate and report back monthly on performance statistics for all digital communications across
all channels, using these statistics to influence future digital activities.
• Act as a brand guardian in terms of look and feel of online communications as well as the tone
of voice of content, after becoming fully immersed in brand and culture.
