• Assist in providing oversight recruitment process within the organization as required and according to approved plan & requirements.
• Maintain Cv database & liaise with relevant agencies with respect to recruitment needs of organization.
• Provide regular reports to management on progress of recruitment.
• Participate in coordinating interviews for suitable candidates at the organization level as required.
• Facilitate the timely on boarding of the new hire.
• Prepare letters and certificates for employees.
• Monitor and prepare weekly and monthly attendance report highlighting relevant cases for Payroll Consideration.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence for the department for documents to/from other departments.
• Provide administrative support for HR training sessions including booking of venue, attendance, training evaluation forms, etc.
• Manage employee records with respect to Recruitment, Performance Management and other employee records.
• Provide administrative support for Career Fair and other Recruitment Events
• Coordinate Government Relations matters including RP processing and renewal
• Perform any other work related duties assigned by Supervisor.
