Creating, implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
Define and ensure compliance with all the laws, regulations and standards related to human resource in operations field.
Manage recruitment and selection processes and conduct interviews with the department managers.

Update and maintain a database for local recruitment advertising.
* Manages employees of the Talent Acquisition Unit; selects, trains, develops, mentors,
evaluate performancem and guides staff in achieving goals and objectives.
* Establishes and oversees the policies and procedures for the recruitment team and to
meet government guidelines.
* Support EPM activities for performance reviews and performance improvements plans.

Prepare the hospital available vacancies report through the system
Communicate with the recruitment agencies ( local and international) and the educational institutes for providing job opportunity to the fresh graduates.
Work with senior management to analyze company’s manpower needs.
Typing the reports and official letters to the clients and the governmental institutions in both Arabic & English.
Typing and scheduling the hiring sessions for the lawyers and updating them.
Translating the letters to the clients from English to Arabic and vice versa. (un official )
Issue the invitation letters for the current lawyers through the MOH website.
