Taking lead of a project where we are included in a governmental hiring process
Identify staffing needs, job specifications, duties and responsibilities, competencies,
qualifications, and skills
• Develop, maintain and present HR recruitment KPIs
• Develop and update HR Policies & Procedures
• Ensure a smooth flow of the recruitment process through the on-boarding program
• Develop and maintain network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates and act as
liaison with alumni groups, and outreach organizations
• Review candidate applications, handle the screening process, and initiate contact with qualified
candidates
• Post available job vacancies online through linkedin
• Follow-up with interviewed candidates for rejection or acceptance
• Performing exit interviews with departing employees
• Focal contact for covid-19 cases
• Human resources assistant, providing administrative support including filing and posting throughout the hospital
• Monitor organized time and attendance of staff
• Screening phone calls, emails, letters, and personal visits
• Assisting recruitment process ( interviews, resumes and applications, and employee files)
• Maintenance of the HR records and systems
• Workers compensation (monitoring and ensuring vacations, annual leave, sick leave, holidays)
