• Responsible in monitoring inventory movements between the business and third party companies.
• Validate movements scheduled in inventory tracking system against actual movements in System Applications (SAP)
• Perform end of month exchange reconciliation
• Reports discrepancies to Control Accountant/Team Lead as soon as identified

Ensure 100% on-time (as determined by the SLA) and accurate (as determined by the controls framework) billing of invoices to 3rd party customers.
•Ensure customer disputes are resolved within in a short turnaround time by prioritizing on the value of invoices to minimize working capital impact.
•Ensure the receivable are followed-up proactively and cash realized on or before the contractual due date.
•Ensure overdue receivable are escalated timely with a clear explanation of the disputes.
•Ensure the process KPIs are achieved with appropriate reasoning for non-achievement, if any.
•Ensure all Trackers / Reports are maintained at 100% (Timeliness & Accuracy)
•Timely review of WI’s and co-ordinate with supervisors for updating.
•Follow documented Work Instructions and agreed Ways of Working with no deviations.
•Follow the escalation matrix defined for the process.
•Effectively participate in the daily VM huddle.

Timely and accurate response and issue resolution of vendor queries through collaborative effort to interfaces defined with Contracts and Pricing, FO-Data, AP Global Invoice Processing, AP Controls, Accounts and Analysis and Payments.
•Identify process improvement opportunities/control gaps and highlight and drive to resolve.
•Handle with “customer focus mindset” and in accordance to agreed processes and ways of working.
•Understand and adhere to standard sub-process work instructions as well as to agreed-upon country specific guidelines
•Responsibility for activities assigned by the Accounts Payable Team Lead.
•Processes transactions of medium to difficult complexity.
•Process pre- coded invoices, including those with and without a purchase order.
•Ensures that all invoices assigned are properly accounted for at the end of each business day.
•Has working knowledge of both scanning and Accounts payable application.

Data Entry, Receipts and Reports administrator

•Processing and validating approval of T&E reports.
•Processing, reviewing and releasing for payment/ rejecting electronic expense reports.
