Objectives of the Position:
Egypt:
 Sales and Marketing activities of Food Service products in Egypt.
 Develop and expand Food Service business category (CAT)
 Sales support functions for Food Service in Levant, Middle East, Kenya and Pakistan.
Marketing Activities:
1. Co-ordinate with InC to develop FS product category (CAT).
2. Provide support for customers, who are using Osterberg products: applications, new recipes etc. together with Application Technologist - Food Service
3. Collect feedback about samples/products and revert to Innovation team for any improvement
4. Set up all activities related to branding Osterberg products of CAT in charge in the market.
5. Co-ordinate with suppliers to ensure developing all related POS materials, give away promotional items as per company quality standard and cost efficient (all marketing material to be approved by Group Food Service Director before initiating).
6. Represent company at exhibitions and trade association meetings to promote the products.
7. Identify and recommend new business opportunities and contribute in setting marketing strategies.
8. Initiate company Price list as per set strategy and CM improving profitability.
9. Observe changes on products, price and other products.
10. Make proposals / communication materials for all activities /events to promote the Osterberg brand of CAT in charge as: Promotion, Sampling, Demonstration … etc.
11. Coordinate with distributor to take advantage of events to promote Osterberg product sales.
e.g.: North Coast summer, Residential compounds gathering events ….etc.
12. Control marketing spending in line with set budget.
13. Ensure effective communication / coordination with colleagues, other departments and management.

Sales Activities:
14. Achieve the set annual turnover (Sales Budget) and duty assigned.
15. Prepare short term (1 year) and long term (3 years) plans for Food Service Products Sales.
16. Maximize overall sales and coverage for the HORECA & MT trade channels in the assigned area via effective monitoring for the contracted Distributors.
17. Responsibility for the performance of the distributors and ensure that they achieve or exceed set targets per trade channel.
18. Ensure establishing positive co-operation with FS customers and ensure customers are served according to the company codex.
19. Deal directly with 1-3 FS key chain accounts.
20. Ensure timely collection for all outstanding.
21. Resolve complaints regarding sales and service by liaising with other departments.
22. Ensure to visit and support our distributors and customers regularly.
23. Follow up on the delivery and ensure it is adequate, and in good condition.
24. Establish distribution network throughout Egypt.
25. Present and sell Food Service products which are manufactured by Orana Egypt.

Data Base and Reporting:
26. Prepare monthly sales reports
27. Report to the General Manager and provide necessary market, consumer trend and competitive analysis reports on a regular basis.
28. Preparation of budget/forecast (together with General Manager / Sales Manager)
29. Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services as well as keeping the company updated about the market situation, competitors and development.
