Duties includes but not limited to;
Prepare and/or check process engineering design deliverables of upstream projects. Deliverables includes design philosophies, process flow diagrams, design pressure/design temperature diagrams, piping & instrumentation diagrams, process calculations, line and equipment list, process datasheets, participation in HAZOP and process descriptions.
Prepare Process engineering design work in with true regard to Safety both in design detail and engineering design execution
Prepare design work in compliance with the national, state and client asset Codes & Standards.
Engineer all design work in line with the Process QA manual and Worley’s procedures.
Estimate Process man-hours for different job and performed all work within the estimated man hour budget and within schedule
Coach, mentor and assist in the development of less experienced Graduate Process Engineers.
Liaison with client, vendors and outside parties in a professional manner on technical and engineering matters on a regular basis and worked as a “Package Engineer”. Co-ordination with other engineers and discipline groups on the contract to effect timely production of deliverables.
Projects:
Water Flood Project; performed a hydraulic study of treated water injection system using PIPENET Software to find out the optimum size of the injection water ring main and the pumping requirements. Responsible for the delivery of Process Deliverables like hydraulic reports, pump sizing, datasheets, PFD, P&IDs and Line lists etc.
Shipping Pump Flow Assurance Study; performed the hydraulic calculation to confirm the adequacy of 6’’ shipping line to handle the increased flow rates after commissioning of the new shipping pumps
CS1 New 18" Pipeline;
Flare Piping for Remote Well Manifolds and Tank Batteries;
New Tank Batteries and Well Manifolds Installation;

Process Engineer at Saudi Aramco through EPC contracting company “SOFCON Consulting Engineering Co.”

Preparation and review of PFD’s, P&ID’s, process calculation and studies using Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards and industry standards like API, ASME etc.
Preparation of safety instruction sheets, LDT and process data sheets for equipment and instruments using standards.
Preparation of process design documents such as Process Description, Operating Manuals, Scope & Design Basis Documents and Operations and Control philosophies for units designed.
Liaise with client’s engineers and project engineers; interact with engineers of other disciplines within the organization to prepare project specifications, identify and define potential problems using accepted techniques, and develop cost effective solutions.
To make ‘as built’ drawings collect actual site data and revise existing drawings. Respond to technical queries and accept or reject field changes and errors.
Good hands on experience to understand SAES, SAEP, SAMSS, NFPA and API standards.
Participated in HAZOP sessions as a process Engineer and review the surge analysis report
Technical bid evaluation of Pumps, Compressors, tanks, Chemical Injection skids etc.
Identify and gather necessary operating data for existing equipment so as to determine capability of existing equipment at new operating conditions.

Technical Process Engineer at ARL
