•Responsible for carrying out the sales of Security System solution (CCTV, Access, Barrier and Intercom Systems).
•To pursue, negotiate and closed turnkey projects for lighting control, Home Automation, GRMS and Dimming System.
•Accomplish business vide generating contacts and maintain a good relationship with MEP contractors, consultants, Interior Designers, Retails Shops & clients
•Creating demand and market awareness for EESS (Easy Energy Saving Solutions) in existing buildings and to provide the clients with the financial savings.
•Collaborate with estimation team to promote the sales of the company and to understand the customer requirements.
•Persuading clients with products or services which best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
•Negotiating tenders, contracts terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
•Searching for new clients who could benefit the company in designated region
•Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects
Prospecting and identifying potential Clients.
Conduct and attend site surveys.
Offer best solution to clients.
Issue the relative invoices and receipts with the help of secretaries.
Issue the material requests from the Purchase Department.
Issue Job Order Forms to the Engineering Department.
Follow up material delivery, job progress and job completion with the engineering / project department.
Following up with the customer on projects, collection of payment, material handling, till the final stage after sales service.
Achieving and maintaining predefined sales target.
Installation and Maintenance Engineer of Security/Intruder Alarm System and CCTV System.Performing required maintenance on installed system and troubleshooting all security system.Give training to clients for the usage of Security Alarm System and CCTV System.
