Provides day to day support in the use of technology solutions required by the staff, faculty and students at the University. Analyze and identify University machine problems for users including hardware, software and network related issues.
o Run and Maintain the Symantec Ghost Solution Suite for machine imaging and deployment
o Administer the Malwarebytes Management Enterprise Solution
o Creation of Windows Active Directory Account and Group Policies
o Creates and manage desktop images
o Configuration of Impero Classroom Management Solution
o Knowledgeable in Desktop Virtualization (VMWare)

o Configuration of Emails with various Smartphone technologies and platforms and their applicability in higher education

Acquainted and with direct troubleshooting hands-on experience as an IT Specialist in the company. Negotiate with different Information Technology distributors and systems integrator. Performs the Monthly IT related ISO Checklist to maintain the standards of the MIS Department in the company.
Hardware:
- Configuration and deployment of desktop and laptop computer
- Maintenance of all IT peripherals and repair hardware failures
Software/Mail Configuration:
- Installation and configuration of software and applications
- Recover operating system failures / System Restore
- Run and maintain the In-house Inventory System of the company
- Ensure running of all windows and security updates
- Configuration of Email in Microsoft Outlook (POP3 Configuration, Webmail Settings); Troubleshoot Email Problems
- Back-up and Archive all emails of each user
- Administer the Mail Hosting Setup of company
- Performs troubleshooting on all application/software that the company was using
Network Infrastructure:
- Check, maintain and monitor the network infrastructure of each company
- Usage and Configuration of SG300 Firewall
- Ensure the network sharing within the company (Printers, Network Drives)
- Provides back-up solution in case there were downtimes in the network
- Maintain the Data and Voice (PABX System) connectivity of the company
Web Design:
- In-charge with the design of the website in html format and with the use of different web designing tool.
- Maintains and monitors updates of the website design and its content

- Set-up domain names and emails depending on the clients requirements
