Performing all stage inspection activities in accordance with the project Quality plan, procedures,
applicable codes, standards and specifications.
* Preparation of ITP’s, WPS, PQR, QC Manual & Method Statements as per applicable codes, standards and
specifications. Review of TDC and client drawings.
* Receipt Inspection (reviewing MTC, verify material, physical condition and dimensional check)
* Attend all Material inspection activities on site and ensure their compliance with QA/QC procedure in
respect of the project format. Examine all types of NDT, Heat treatments and maintain all related records.
* Coordinate and ensure delivery of materials in compliance with the approved Quality Control Plan (QCP)
* Preparation of QA/QC Document Dossier as per QCP/ITP.
* Maintaining all QA/QC and ISO Document files. Maintain up to date calibration of instruments and
equipments.
* Assist the QA/ QC Managers as and when required for data analysis and Audits. Assisting in ISO
documentation works for Internal and External Audits.
* Newly registered the production facility with ASME U, S, NB-STAMP
* Thorough knowledge in codes & standards \[ ASME, API & BSEN\]
* Review & Approve of project documents as per applicable standards & Specifications.
* Liaison with Client/Third party for Inspection requirements.

* Co-ordinate ASME U, S, NB-STAMP certification renewal.
* Preparation of ITP’s, WPS and PQR as per applicable codes, standards and specifications. Review of AFC
drawings and Welding Symbols.
* Attend all inspection activities on site and ensure their compliance with QA/QC procedure in respect of the
project format. Examine all types of NDT, Heat treatments and maintain all related records.
* Coordinate and ensure execution of work in compliance with the approved Quality Control Plan (QCP)
* Closely monitor site activities, fully coordinate with production engineers, on a daily basis issuing NCR’s in
case of non-compliance and reporting to Operation Manager in case of shortage of skilled laborers and/or
site supervision staff.
* Receipt Inspection (reviewing MTC, verify material, physical condition and dimensional check)
* Review & Approve of project documents as per applicable standards & Specifications.
Liaison with Client/Third party for Inspection requirements.
* Review the contract documents for each Construction Package in respect of QA/QC requirements and
procedures and aware the Project Engineer about any deficiencies.
* Assist the QA/ QC Managers as and when required for data analysis and Audits. Assisting in ISO
documentation works for Internal and External Audits.
* Maintaining all QA/QC and ISO Document files. Maintain up to date calibration of instruments and
equipments.
* Preparation of QA/QC Document Dossier as per QCP/ITP.
* Assist in developing and maintain quality related work instructions.
