generation for System Engineering.

Human Machine Interface (HMI) which will ease the
plant operation. Review of Graphic generated by
team of software configuration team.
•Staging the System as per the Architecture and
conducting Integrated Testing in Factory Floor.
• Conducting DCS Factory Acceptance Test(FAT).
Conducting Integrated FAT with Third Party Vendor
systems at vendor shop.
•Train junior engineers, to enhance the productive
output of team
• Logging & Documenting the test report.
• Site support in commissioning and Startup.

gradation from other CENTUM products.

•Detail System Engineering in CENTUM CS3000 •
Simple and Complex loops for process generation &
debugging,
•Developing Interlocks for Motors, Compressor, and
Pumps.
•Graphic Generation, Human Machine Interface
(HMI) functions like Control Groups, Trend Groups
•Post FAT activity due to change in customer
specification
•Job involves PID Diagram Analysis, Developing,
Debugging & Coding for Oil Refinery, Petrochemical
Plant Based Projects.

•Installation, Troubleshooting, & Automation using
Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) for Load Cell
based projects.
•Automation of Weigh Feeder, which conveys the raw
materials needed for the process industry. The
conveying is controlled using programmed
controllers which meet the customer requirements.
• Omron, Allen Bradely PLC system engineering &
commissioning for weigh feeder industry.
• Batching projects with GE Fanuc, Versamax PLC
control panel and relay logics.

Trainee in Power Equipment Testing unit to test
transformers.
