Serving as Senior Scrum Master from March 2021 to present. Overseeing two cross-functional
teams as Scrum Master, ensuring smooth delivery of strategic products across Scrum and
SAFE environments.
Looking after the release management activities from creating change request to the end of the
production deployment. Facilitated all core Scrum ceremonies-including Sprint Planning, Daily
