projects, covering all types of residential and commercial construction, particularly in
the area of large, public infrastructure projects.
* Periodically monitoring site activities to ensure that construction is progressing
according to planned schedules and budgets. Interact with civil engineers/other
discipline for different projects.
* Attend Work Inspection Requests, witness and verify that construction activities and
execution are in accordance with approved drawings, method statements /
Specifications and other material submittals, etc.
* Collaborate with senior consultants to execute risk analysis studies.
* Responsible for resolving any issues and problems arising onsite, offering expert
advice, closing out any possible gaps and addressing any unforeseen risks.
