• Meets with Customers in a sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge
• Demonstrates advanced product knowledge and business plan attitude
• Adheres to any and all company policies, procedures, including daily and weekly reports and monthly sales target orientation
• Makes sales appointments with existing clients assigned by the Company (your initial Clients portfolio)
• Finds and makes sales appointments with new Clients in the categories assigned by the Company (hotel restaurants, pastries, chocolatiers', pizzeria, café’, fast food)

Assistant Sales Manager Duties:
• Assisting Sales Manager for any activity concerning sales
• Focus on customers inquiries, searching for new customers, and conducting meetings and presentations.
• Prepare Letter, Memo, Proposal, and Quotation for the customers.
• Prepare marketing plan, research, and sales report in coordination with the accounting department
• Plan and implement marketing promotional activities
• Prepare Price Analysis, Costing, and Revisions.
• Prepare all tenders proposals and documents and submit to the tenderer
• Clerical work
Import Supply Chain / Procurement Duties
• Analyze & prepare Import Purchase Order and coordinate with Import Supplier.
• Coordinate with Logistic Company together with PRO and clearing agent regarding the clearing of Import Order Items.
Accounting Duties
• Calculate and analyze Product Costing

• Generate Brand Sales Report from Sage Accounting program and analyze

Sales & Marketing Coordinator Duties:
• Assisting General Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager in preparing and implementing marketing plans.
• Assisting Sales Manager for any activity concerning sales and coordinate sales team
• Coordinate customer's special inquiries also with personal visits
• Prepare Letters, Memo, Proposal, and Quotation for the customers.
• Manage home delivery
• Prepare marketing plan, research, and sales report in coordination with account department

• Conceptualize marketing campaign (press release, ads, leaflets, etc.) and select suitable advertising agencies.
