•Assist the customer for the item they want
•Getting the details of the special order cake (design of the cake, information of the customer, etc)
•Cashiering
•Arranging the display in the shop
•Receiving the item in actual and in the system
•Inventory and Stock count
•Baking frozen goods
•Handing customer complains, resolve their issues as much as possible and enhance the customer experience

•Greet clients in a warm manner and understand what each clients want
•Help each client and give them product knowledge
•Ensure to practice up-selling and cross-selling in order to always push high end quality volume of sales

•Doing sales Invoice,
•Preparing quotation for items that the clients wants to purchased
•Updating clients and future clients for the promotion
