• Reporting directly to Unit Head and Tendering Manager.
• Supervise and mentor quantity surveyors.
• Preparation of Documents for Tender submission.
• Prepares bill of quantities, quantity take off, cost study and value engineering.
• Assist where required with Internal Cost Report.
• Prepares unit cost analysis for Civil, Structural and Architectural works.
• Coordinating responses to Subcontractors, Vendors, Suppliers and Service Providers where required

• Manage and Plan all costs associated with the Subcontractor Packages end to end including the change control process.
• Assist where required with the Internal Cost Report and Client cost repor .
• Assist where required with the Progress Claim to the Client
• Manage and process Contractor payment claims including the evaluation and valuation with construction support
• Manage and process Contract (e.g. variation and delay) claims including the evaluation and valuation with construction support
• Monitor supplier payments end to end.
• Provide advice and forecasting support on costs where required.
• Preparation of Contract Documents and Purchase Orders to Subcontractors and Suppliers.
• Manage all contractual issues associated with the Subcontract Packages end to end for escalation to Commercial Manager where required.
• Coordinating responses to Subcontractors, Vendors, Suppliers and Service Providers where required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handle quantity surveying, project costing and budgeting and contract administration.
• Prepare quantity take-off and estimate to establish the BOQ and coordinate with the consultant of the project.
• Report all commercial issues to commercial manager.
• Maintain a progress schedule and cash flow chart.
• Undertake a daily check on the progress accomplishments.
• Assist in preparation of variation orders and other justification documents.
• Preparing monthly forecasting and cost reporting.
• Prepare quantity take-off and estimate to establish the BOQ and coordinate with the consultant of the project.
• Attend site valuation for inter claims and site measurement.
• Monitor sub contractor work progress. Ensure that they deliver work as schedule
• Analyze the scope of tender and sourcing for supplier and sub contractor.
• Check the quality and quantity of executed works by the subcontractors to ensure that is complying to Tender Specifications and Bill of Quantities approved by the company
• Prepare progress claims and payment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Evaluation of the works on site based on the Bill of Quantities and Execution Drawings.
• Undertake actual measurement on site as per execution to obtain the exact quantity of the executed works.
• Prepare monthly progress billing for the client.
• Check the veracity of the accomplished invoice based from actual execution and contract details.
• Prepare quantity take-off and estimate to establish the BOQ and coordinate with the contractor of the project.
• Accomplish progress reports and payment certificates based on actual executions at the site.
