Administrative Responsibilities
• First point of contact for P&G Pakistan
• Coordination with P&G Global offices
• Arrange and organize visits of high level delegates to Pakistan
• Coordinate with P&G’s regional security department
• Coordinate with regional internal controls in various confidential matters
• Liaison between top management and employees
• Send organizational messages, announcements, newsletters
• Purchases management- issue orders, work complete certificates

• Arrange and organize international business trips of Country Manager

External Relations Responsibilities
• Interact with Civil Aviation and local airport services regarding ETD/ETA during top management’s visit via company Jet
• Interact and coordinate very various international organizations
• Coordinate and interact with various embassies / consulates
• Interact with various government and nongovernment stakeholders

Human Resource Responsibilities
• Expat & labor relations Management
• Prepare SOPs work scopes for contractual employees
• Maintain contractual employees database
• Coordinate with ministries and immigration departments
• Arrange look see visits
• Assist in finding, residences, schools, social clubs etc for Expats
• Coordination with legal department in various matters
• Coordination with law firms regarding employee relationship matters
• Coordinate and arrange “exit interviews"
• In touch with the organization and bring forward their concerns/ complaints to the management
• Handle payments through SAP
- Screen and arrange incoming mails in appropriate folders and supervise outgoing mails.
- Supervise non-confidential filling; filing confidential papers and retrieve documents.
- Updating of filing system and ensure easy /reliable access to information.
- Drafting and typing all mails and responses
- Send responses on behalf of regional head during her absence
- Attend telephone calls, send faxes
- Tracking and follow-ups with difference agencies.
- Prepare and format document, project concepts, project proposals, reports and budgets.
- Create and maintain database of publications for easy and quick access
- Prepare power point presentations.
- Schedule flights and meetings.
- Prepare folder for meetings, seminars, workshops, courses/tours etc. in and outside Asia region, for the Regional Head.
- Co-ordinate with different organisation to organise meetings.
- Search weblinks to download information.
