Other projects with Hill International have included Capital Towers, Dubai, a twin 42 storey mixed commercial/residential tower blocks and a secondment in Beijing assisting the China based CITAC Contracting Company with the commercial aspects of their tender for the Dubai Light Rail Transport System.

Responsible for all pre-contract documentation control, tendering and reports, procedural layouts and site management controls. Work included Terminal 2 and Concourses 2 and 3, Dubai Royal Wing complex, airfield works, Cargo Village extensions and Dubai Flower Centre. Overall estimated project cost is US$ 4.2 billion.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the work included planning and execution of the new Domestic Terminal No.1, Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Ikeja, Lagos, being built on a Build, Operate and Transfer contract. This involved all aspects of pre and post contract planning, negotiations with local and international suppliers and subcontractors spread over three continents, financing and allied proposals, and control of the on-site cash flows and forecasts.
The Company was also pioneering a system build process in partnership with Royal Building Systems of Canada. This involved establishing working relationships with international companies and their staff, negotiations with prospective clients and achieving targets/schedules in the difficult conditions appertaining to the acceptance of a new system in a Third World environment.
