 As a new company I am appointed as the General/Country Manager for GI&C DMCC in UAE & Iraq. I am responsible for overseeing the company setup and registration of new offices throughout the GCC. I am also responsible for the day to day running of all the business activates throughout the company in UAE & Iraq for NDT, Lifting TPI Inspection & Training. In the first full year of trading I have Increased the company’s market presence & business exposure by 100% through strategic branding & marketing.

During my time as Country Manager of Iraq, my duties were to implement & register the new office, corporate Procedures, Budget & Targets for the office. As my time in this role I achieved the targets that were set for the office and exceeded the budget by 22% for the annual turnover in the Inspection activities such as NDT, Lifting & TPI Inspection.

As Regional Operations Manager for lifting equipment, NDT & Training services. My duties were to implement the corporate Procedures, Budget, Targets for the 6 Regional offices. I was also responsible for the opening of two schools of excellence for our trainee inspectors and clients. During my time in this position I was in charge of over 85 Multinational Inspectors/Instructors and responsible for the annual budget which I helped to increase the monthly turnover by 47% for the region.

As Regional Business Development Manager/Operations Manager for lifting equipment & Training services (UAE) my duties were to increase the Increasing the companies profile and exposure within the region and making companies more aware of the services we are offering. During my time in this position I was in charge of 35 Multinational Inspectors/Instructors and responsible for the annual budget for the department which I helped to increase the Department monthly turnover to 800, 000 AED which equates to 80%.

My duties where to carryout Inspections and testing of mobile cranes, Heavy Lift crawler, overhead cranes and tower cranes. Inspection, testing and certification of lifting equipment containers, baskets, wire rope slings for many major companies such as Mammoet Gulf, Shell, CCIC, Qatar Petroleum, Qatar Gas, Ras Gas, Dolphin Energy etc.
