Maintain safe and stable operation
Keep required quality of product
Independent handling of all unit operations in plant
Start up, Shut down operation, Trouble shooting in case of abnormalities
Giving Safety clearance to maintenance work,
Identify reason for any problem in plant and solve it
Co operative with Technical service staffs for plant improvement
Regular inspection of all equipments, lines, process parameters, graphs condition
Operate DCS control console to coordinate and regulate process variables and to direct flow rates of various process and utility streams according to prescribed schedules ·
Read processing schedules, operating logs, test results of samples, and laboratory recommendations to determine changes in equipment controls required to produce specified quantity and quality of product.
Trouble shooting in abnormalities
Total power failure, Instument air failure
Reactor sulfur striping, Dechocking operation
Foaming problem in absorption
Reactor pressure drop, Pump, compressor failure
