Nature of my duty:

Maintain safe and stable operation

Keep required quality of product

Independent handling of all unit operations in plant

Start up, Shut down operation, Trouble shooting in case of abnormalities

Giving Safety clearance to maintenance work,

Identify reason for any problem in plant and solve it

Co operative with Technical service staffs for plant improvement

Regular inspection of all equipments, lines, process parameters, graphs condition

Operate DCS control console to coordinate and regulate process variables and to direct flow rates of various process and utility streams according to prescribed schedules ·

Read processing schedules, operating logs, test results of samples, and laboratory recommendations to determine changes in equipment controls required to produce specified quantity and quality of product.

Trouble shooting in abnormalities

Total power failure, Instument air failure
Reactor sulfur striping, Dechocking operation
Foaming problem in absorption
Reactor pressure drop, Pump, compressor failure
H2S Leak, Corrosion problem, Hydrate problem in HP gas line,

Pre commissioning, commissioning and normal operation of GASCO new gas plant with the capacity of 20000 mmscfd in HABSHAN-5.Abu Dhabi
Worked with commissioning team from GASCO side and involving the following Pre commissioning and commissioning activities:

Vessels, fire heaters, fuel system, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors specification check, internal and external inspection of these equipments,
Piping& instrumentation inspection, instrumentation loop check, Catalyst loading in reactors, Mechanical test run of rotating equipments
Leak check, Hydro static pressure Test, Water flushing of line
Degreasing of Amine system, Checking Air blowing, Refractory Dry out

Commissioning

1.Pre startup checklist, P&ID conformity checking
2.Purging, circulation, Check the all necessary items for plant start up
3.Testing the emergency depressurizing system, ESD, F&G system
4.Pressuring by Nitrogen
5.Pressurize using Hydro carbon after confirming all things
6. Estabilize normal operation

Over all control of plant in shifts.

Control DCS Panel operation and Field operation

Independent handling of all unit operations in plant

Pre commissioning, commissioning activities

Trouble shooting in case of abnormalities.

Giving Safety clearance to maintenance work, permit issuing authority for doing jobs

Validate every day maintenance plan and validate the resources required for it.

Decision taking authority at the time of emergency

Giving training to field operators, DCS panel operators

Administer team of staffs, shift schedule preparing, Arranging overtime to staffs for leave problems, leave replacements.

Monitor all parameters in plant, any deviation from normal limit take corrective action

Identify reason for any problem in plant and solve it

Commissioning activities and cooperation with project people

Co operative with Technical service staffs for plant improvement

Regular inspection of all equipments, lines, process parameters, graphs condition

Doing Job safety analysis with safety staffs for doing maintenance work in hazardous area.
