Duties and Responsibilities • Assist Civil Engineer/Civil Team Leader in carrying out all level of preventive and corrective maintenance activities and minor modification on civil asset and general structural repair and finishes. • Maintain accurate maintenance record of building and structures work accomplished. • Provide assistance to Civil Team Leader or other technical support staff/3rd party contractor to implement complex system or new project. • Perform shift as instructed by Civil Engineer or senior maintenance staff in accordance with company policy and attend emergency duties when required.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provides accurate information to public, regarding the metro system, tickets and convenient fare matrix to their most applicable journey.
• Facilitate Ticket selling and handle revenue duties.
• Attend customer inquiries, provides information about the product and its new services, and dealt customers complain in accordance with Dubai Metro policies.
• Reports any faulty and failure equipment promptly to Station Master using proper communication protocol.
• Perform emergency responsibilities and execute station`s crowd control plan.
• Monitor the station from any security threat and its level.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Handles schedule of daily operation such as harvesting, hand weeding, planting materials and other activities.
• Discuss and review daily minimum requirements / accomplishment to facilitate the vehicle required for transporting workers and daily workload of each team.
• Monitors workers safety and provide assistance on emergency situation.
• Ensure all accomplishment is controlled through records and report to the controller daily.
• Monitor worker performance in accordance with client/company’s quality and works standard.
• Report any workers attendance issue and evaluate team performance.
• Represents the company on any meetings needed for the operation.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Liaise with client/site engineer on site, planning work schedule and initiate requisition of all required materials and equipment.
• Delegating effective work group and conducting toolbox talk and risk assessment.
• Monitors quality and quantity of work, and ensuring all specification are followed as required such as distance, number and volume.
• Prepares billings and daily accomplishment reports.
• Represents the company on any meetings needed for the operation.
