Check mechanical equipment, materials in accordance with the drawing & specification. Conduct inspection for all mechanical rotating equipments such as equipment installation, material receiving, preliminary and final inspection alignment of pumps, compressors and piping lines connected to the equipment, sump pits inspection on pumps, etc. as per project plan and ITP procedures. Review and counter sign RFI and all related field inspection checklist by Sub-contractors before submitting to the client. Conduct final box-up inspections on mechanical equipments. Preparation of inspection & test plan (ITP) & checklist for site inspection. Monitor quality controls for each definable area / section of work as per PQP, Method of Statement, ITP & specification. Secure foundation release of the equipments. Check for correct leveling of soleplates & base plate prior to erect the equipment on the foundation. Check for correct orientation & centering of pumps & motor and anchor bolt projection prior to pocket grout. Check of leveling of pumps & motor and elevation of plunges center and initial tight of anchor bolt prior to preliminary alignment. Conduct final inspection of generator & turbine shaft alignment with the client. Conduct final inspection of the turning device shaft alignment with the client. Conduct final inspection of mechanical equipments prior to grouting works. Check for applicable torque values on mechanical structures. Check for pipe stress prior to final alignment on centrifugal pump. Check/inspect the alignment, elevation levelness of the installed stationary & rotating equipment & ensure the deficiencies are within acceptable limit and preparation and monitoring on site.

Preparation of all standard for the installation of monorail hoists and also DIN 536 & 15030 and also FEM 9.511 manual procedure.
Responsible for the execution of gas Turbine Erection & Installation Preparation works for PBR/EPDM Saudi Elastomers Project. Duties include control and monitoring, Installation and alignment of Rotating Equipment such as Turbine, Centrifugal, compressors, Reciprocating compressors, Centrifugal pumps, Blowers, and drivers. Inspect, evaluate and arrange field installation and recommend design modification to eliminate machine or system malfunctions. Knowledge and experience in the inspection, performance testing and engineering, pre-commissioning and start-up of Rotating equipments. Knowledge of International Standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, ANSI, API-RP 686 standards associated with rotating equipment, installation, alignment methods, tolerances and basic engineering practices. Check / review vendor documents, P & ID’s, PEFS, ISO drawing, technical specification, engineering drawings and method statements preparation to ensure project execution in accordance with Project requirements. Responsible for the dismantling and re-assembly of Centrifugal pumps, Vertical in line pumps, Reciprocating Compressor, Turbo-Expander compressor, and other Rotating equipment for the replacement of seals, impellers and parts, check internal / Mechanical center section, Bores cope inspection, and equipment preservation. Coordinate with the client PMT), vendors, engineering / other disciplines, suppliers and subcontractors in the control of quality, labor, equipment, and materials to meet schedules and ensure a safe and incident-free planning and project execution. Computer skills: MS Office applications, MS Project and other Software such as, Microsoft word 2007 & Microsoft excel 2007 Integrated Document Management System, Equipment Installation Monitoring System (EQMS), Windows Project Completion and Certification System.
Report to the mechanical commissioning manager & coordinate with the construction manager department. review of work schedule and preparation of all site jobs procedure in commissioning job or method of statement in every equipment prior to start execution and accomplishment, man power loading & materials procurement; organize, plans, direct and supervising different trades such as; oil flushing, final cleaning of piping lines, checking the alignment of all rotating equipment prior such as; centrifugal pumps, turbines, compressors. Final box up checking, filling of chemicals, Manages the start-up activities such as; compressors, turbines, pumps & Perform commissioning activities.
Inspection of Piping and fitting materials (of various grades) such as flanges, elbows, tees, weld-olet etc.(CS, SS, INCONEL, CLADED PIPE & GRE)
Verification of Structural steel materials of various grades.
Witness Repairing of Pressure vessel, Heat exchanger etc.
Inspection of Pipeline valves (as per API 6D), Station piping valves (as per API 598) and the Hydro- testing/Pneumatic testing.
Verified Welded/Fabricated Structural items.
Familiar in using International Codes, Standards and Specifications i.e. ASME, ASTM and API etc.

Alignment of feed water pumps from preliminary alignment & final alignment with parallism by applying face & rim or conventional alignment. Erection of blow down return pump & applying single alignment. Erection of auxiliary cooling water pump for single cycle pump applying single alignment. Erection of auxiliary cooling water pump for combine cycle pump & applying single alignment. preliminary and final alignment.
