• Study Tender documents for construction projects and prepare clarifications to be sent to the Client.
• Attend the Pre-tender meetings.
• Send inquiries and gathering quotations from Sub-contractors and Vendors.
• Preparing detailed Sub-contractors’ comparison sheet.
• Calculate Indirect Costs.
• Pricing the Tender and preparing it for submission to Central Tenders Committee and Client.
• Study huge Tenders of value more than 100 Mil. KD as Hospital Tenders related to MOH, MPW and Amiri Diwan, Courts Complexes and Military Academy in addition to several Tenders related to Public Authority of Housing welfare, Ministry of Interiors, Ministry of Education, Kuwait Municipality and Kuwait Public Awkaf Foundation.
• Review the Sub-contract Agreements prepared for the Subcontractors responsible for executing major items and check its compatibility with the Main Contract Conditions and the Particular Specifications and all the Contract requirements.

• Prepare Tender Documents for Electric Power Plant Stations' packages.
• Evaluate the Tenderers' offers and submit recommendation to the Owner.
• Prepare Contract Documents for Electric Power Plant Stations' packages.
• Submit letters for the change notices.
• Review Contractors' invoices as per the Contract Document and submit to the Owner.
• Follow up the claims and co-ordinate with the Technical Department.
• Handover the packages to Site Contract administration upon Contractor mobilization.
• Follow up the Contract Administration after handing over to the Site.

• Review updated drawings and distribute them to site engineers according to their specification.
• Responsible for organizing labor and construction equipment.
• Responsible for equipment’s time sheets and its payments.
• Write letters concerning the faced construction problems.
• Updating construction activities.
• Setting up the pouring sequence of the mass concrete pedestals.
• Following the constructional Problems and discussing them at Technical Meetings.
• Responsible for Steel Rebar (Quantity survey, Requirements, Payments for the Sub-contractor & made Steel Rebar Shop Drawings & Bar Bending Lists) at Phase II.
• Responsible for reviewing steel doors' schedules.
