Responsible for developing and executing the Strategic Marketing Plans for Emrill (brands include: Emrill Services, Emrill Energy and MPLUS+) to ensure consistency in communications and visibility across the different audiences.
Specific duties include:
► Develop, roll out and execute marketing and communication plans
► Maintain credibility and visibility in the marketplace through effective communication strategy
► Develop and monitor marketing budget and investment requirements on a periodic basis
► Establish deployment systems for branding guidelines and changes in the brand identify

► Assist the Welfare and HR Team in development of CSR programmes and initiatives for Emrill
► Establish systems for KPIs to measure and report performance

Job responsibilities involved:
► Leading the BTL team from brief to execution for Panasonic (Brand) for MENA region
► Marketing budget establishment and variance analysis
► Monitoring and reporting on brand performance and growth
► Analysing and reporting Return on Investment (ROI) for distributor support programs (event, promotions, launches, stock clearance, sales, effectiveness of each media)
► Establishing distributor identification and selection campaign
► Established temporary customer service centre for Panasonic. Monitoring performance of call centre staff to ensure timely issue resolution and adherence to agreed SLAs
