- Recruitment & Induction
• Pre-screen qualified candidates for all open positions.
• Schedule interviews
• Conduct first interviews with all positions applicants
• Prepare regret letters.
• Facilitate and follow up the trial process of candidates
• Prepare and communicate the employee’s appointment letters.
• Facilitate and follow up on the 2 weeks induction on job experience
- Employee relations.
• Evaluate and resolve human relations, labor relations, and work-related problems, and meets with management to determine appropriate action.
• Explain and provide advice to workers about company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance.
• Counsel employees regarding work, family, or personal problems.
• Arrange for employee library, lunchroom, recreational facilities, and activities.
• Develop schedules, and conducts technical, management, and interpersonal skills training to improve employee performance.
• Prepare newsletter and other reports to communicate information about employee concerns and comments and organizational actions taken.
• Arrange for employee physical examination, first aid, and other medical attention.
• Develop the handbook, the policies and the chart of the company.
- Employee development:
• Facilitate the Annual Performance Appraisal program.
• Facilitate Succession Planning with Department Managers.
• Follow up on Employee on-job, off job training.
