Character of Project
SBM provide permanent communication system to Shaybah NGL Recovery Facility that includes OSP (Outside plant Cabling System.
Job Roles
Prepare and supervise preparation of detailed Program schedules, cash flows, trend forecasts, contract & budget forecasts & percent complete calculations.
Prepare long term and short term plans and schedules using Master plan, quantities, man loading & cash flows.
Supervise development of work list preparation and schedules.
Implement the work plan change request process.
Prepare and supervise preparation of cost/schedules reports
Prepare and supervise preparation of Major projects contracts interface schedules.
Assist with Project summary reports and pre-award contract analysis.
Develop monitoring tools and implement the tracking mechanism.
Monitoring scheduling performance for all pre- and post award contracts, manpower, cash flows, interfaces etc.
Supervises/directs, reviews, and evaluates schedule durations for all disciplines’ activities relative to the support of project milestones.
Supervises others in identifying schedule restraints and their effects on the total project schedule
Works with all departments to ensure an understanding of the total project schedule needs.
Data evaluation & analysis using EVA (Earned Value Analysis).
Progress of works reports.
All kind of construction discipline handled (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc )
Work with the construction team and preparing the base schedule for the full project.
Work Many projects under the company with the different construction team.
