• Organizing, planning and coordinating the entire mechanical works with mechanical, civil and other discipline including requirement analysis, finalizing scope of works as per specifications and contract, etc.
1) Managing installation, erection & commissioning of the entire mechanical system.
2) Overseeing execution of work as per approved drawings.
3) Attending site issues and pushing the work force for the timely completion of every milestone of the area.
4) Coordinating with the Engineering Department related to as built drawings.
5) Planning and executing the work as per the clearance issued by the civil contractor
• Perform inspections of installations & testing pertaining to the project requirements and/or standard specifications for the following services:
• Mechanical:
- Drainage System (Above & Underground) - Soil, Waste & Condensate Drain System
- Water System (Above & Below Ground) - Domestic Water (Hot & Cold)
- Fire Fighting System (Sprinkler, Wet Riser)
- Medical Gas Piping
- Pneumatic Tube System
- HVAC System (Chilled water piping & ducting)
• Ensure that Project Quality Plan and procedures are implemented at site. As per project requirements & specification.
• Carryout the preparatory, initial and follow-up inspections as per method for installation & testing procedures.
• Conduct surveillance on the inspection tests required in the technical provisions of the specification.
• Report on daily inspections & testing activities and issuing non-conformance reports when the specification or procedural requirements are not met.
• Maintain accurate and calibrated inspection tools & equipment for consistent measurements of operation of the inspection and testing system.
• Perform internal inspection and coordinate with Site Engineers & sub-contractor in all aspects of site inspections and arrange inspection request and approval by the Client/Consultant.
• Inspection of completed works along with preparation of punch lists, clearances, testing & commissioning and handing over.
• To implement and ensure quality management system in the project through system & standards.
• Responsible for incoming materials inspection with respect to specification, Data sheet, material approval and quality plan.
• Implement timely and appropriate corrective, preventive and defect repair actions in case of deviations by coordinating with consultant and contractors as required
• Preparation of quality related documents as per client’s requirements such as Quality control plan, ITP, Method of Statements and related work instructions.
• Preparation of welding procedure specification, qualifying welders for welding coordinating with third party and review of NDT reports as per applicable standards.
• Taking corrective and preventive actions for the non-conformities observed in site.
• Prepare and issue ‘Non- Conformance Reports’ where deviations and revision of items are not as per codes and standards.
• Ensures material specifications and construction works are in compliance with quality standards and contract specifications.
• Prepare Project KPI, KPI Trend Analysis & Project QA/QC Monthly Report.

• Design verification and execution of all the mechanical works like chilled water system, fire protection system, HVAC, ductile iron piping for domestic water and irrigation water system and drainage system.
• Flushing of chilled water system, domestic water system and irrigation system.
• Commissioning of ventilation system for the Tunnel and Substation.
• Co-coordinating with the suppliers for material issues.
• Assisting the procurement department for material purchase.
• Supervision of on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the stipulated time & cost and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
