Perform routine quality inspection of incoming materials, in process production and
finished products in flexible packaging as per the standards.
* Analyze and record inspection results in SAP S/4 HANA.
* Developing and implementing inspection and analysis procedures.
* Identify the product nonconformity, raise, follow-up and act in the rectification and
corrective actions.
* Address customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, execute valid
corrections taken, and suggest & implement corrective actions.
* Take part in trial sessions, analyze results and prepare trial reports.
* Prepare the quality documentations and reports such as traceability and mock
recalls for ISO 9001, 22000, 14001 and 45001 audits.
* Monitor all inspection and testing equipment to ensure current and valid
calibration.
* Inspect and approve all parameters of flexographic and offset print production
schedules on a variety of substrates such as BOPP, LDPE, PET labels and laminates;
aluminum foils, papers & boards etc. including color matching, artwork designs,
texts, dimensions etc.
* Follow standard operating procedures and specifications such as gsm and thickness
of primer and lacquer coated aluminum lidding foils and control the mix ratio and
flow rate of chemicals used.
* Support the team's overall objectives as a team member.

Perform quality control tests of plastic materials - PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PET, PS,
PVC, PC of virgin form as well as off grade and reprocess form, such as melt flow
index, density, hardness, tensile properties etc. as per the standards and record and
analyze results.
 Checking and confirming the quality of incoming material and finished goods.
 Direct, coordinate, and advise personnel in test procedures for analyzing
components and physical properties of materials.
 Identification, characterization and classification of bulk plastic granules based on
grades like injection molding, extrusion, thermoforming, blow molding grades etc.
 Planning production schedules and making final reports for plastic granules refining
machineries like dryers, vibrators and colorsorter.
 Record and file inward and outward reports of incoming and finished goods
respectively.

 Established daily٫ weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to
employees
 Managing the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
 Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
 Perform verification of production output according to specifications
 Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to senior
managers
 Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
 Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
 Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards
 Prepare and arrange documents and take part in audits for ISI certification
