SUMMARY

The Business Manager’s pprimary responsibilities are to ensure sales growth, meet sales budgets, create new corporate clients, and maintain existing corporate relationships. Moreover, the Business Manager is responsible to ensure Program Specialists’ optimum performance and indoor sales activities.
Other responsibilities include: suggesting goals, monitoring statistics, developing work plans, managing facilities, and supervising on a day-to-day basis the overall performance of the office. Serves as liaison with outside agencies, government agencies, community organizations, and the Regional Office. Leads and initiates sales and marketing activities. Participates in the overall administrative management of the operation, manages specifically designated service operations, as appropriate.
Directs the overall operations of office including academic curriculum and instruction, facilities, human resource administration, sales, marketing and administrative tasks.
