My main roles and responsibilities is to ensure every customer receives the high-end service that is expected of the high end international Brands. My main duties are as follows: -
• Making BA’s daily roaster, ensuring availability of staffs at the counter till the store close.

• PI(Perpetual Inventory) count on daily basis for high value SKU’s
• Achievement of MTD & YTD budgets & encouraging the individual performance of the BA’s.
