Quality Control / Assurance Manager
Leading TFM team across all sites
Carrying out the QA/QC audit across all sites (Kingdom wise) as per schedule (QA/QC Process).
Review TFM team reports, Making sure all reports are delivering on time and accurate.
Evaluates the qualifications of TFM team and provide enhancement plan
Evaluate the quality of vendors after each PPM.
Supports TFM roles in the management and control of team
Tracking training schedule for data centers staff.
Review PPM & CM Records
Support for failure analysis to identify RC and give required recommendations.
Periodic meetings with area managers across TFM sites in order to have an update operation status, brain storming, standardizing procedures across all the Data Center buildings and sharing knowledge, experience and incidents lesson learned.
Evaluate sites documents from time to time and verifying team awareness with all TFM procedures
Making reports for the client and update issues from time to time
Control Energy consumption for the data centres by following the procedures to reduce the invoices cost
Providing the improvement plan to the client
To provide a service which constantly improves to reflect the changing requirements of the business
Review the capacity management for data Center regarding space utilization, Power availability & Cooling availability
Tracking, creating and submission of vendor’s payments, and making sure all services completed as per invoices.
Coordination with vendors, making sure of quality service and their SLA are updated.
KPI reviewing and submission to the client with all invoices
Site implementation for installations, review shop drawings, Testing & commissioning for sites and technical building equipment’s including:
• Rectifiers and batteries system.
• UPS’s and batteries system.
• Precision power centre.
• AC and DC Electrical Panels.
• DC and AC power cables.
• Automatic transfer switches.
• Stand by generators.
• Parallel and synchronizing of generators testing.
• Grounding system, Cable trays, Cable ladders, …etc.
• HVAC system such air handling units, fresh air handling units and exhaust fans.
• Fire alarm & fighting system using FM200 system.
• Building management system.
• Leak detection system.
