 Lead a team of 6 personnel and manages the responsibilities like training them, supervise their work and evolution.
 Handles the documents, reports, financial papers and budget as per the requirement.
 Responsible for the ensuring the documents, shipping, purchasing and accounting.
 Receive, identify, categorize and Log material requisitions.
 Assign, incorporate and control item codes.
 Float RFQs to Supplier for non-stock/new items
 Obtain and compare prices from Suppliers.
 Highlight selection of techno-commercially acceptable proposal for approval.
 Follow up on Delivery and update Inventory Control.

•Optimizing the supply chain for products and components within a cluster while meeting logistics constraints, commitments to our business partners and contractual obligations with third parties and regulations.
•Analyzing market trend and delivery conditions to determine present and future material requirements.
•Participating in material kick-off meeting between projects / client & procurement department.
•Reviewing and analyzing the project material requisition.
•Representing the department to the clients and partners.
•Ensuring supplier / part resourcing are done effectively and updated in system after consulting supplier and highlighting any potential production risk to internal customer / clients and involved other departments as required.
•Sending RFQ’s to multiple supplier and obtain multiple offer from different suppliers and preparing price comparison sheet, Client & In house approvals and ascertain technical acceptance
•Evaluate, review, negotiate, and finalize techno-commercial offer with Suppliers.
•Preparing report to analyze the buying trends, market conditions, budget forecasts, in order to achieve best results for the company.

 Maintaining good housekeeping.
 Proper storage of material as per shelf life.
 Proper tagging of the material.
 Receive Requisitions from the end user and issuing of material.
 Identify Supplier and float RFQ
 Receive and evaluate Quotation through coordination with end user and Supplier.
 Follow up on Order placement
 Receive and update Inventory management.

Responsibility includes sale of Computer hardware and software in Government sector.
