Reaching prospect customers via B2B calling or face to face interactions,
deriving strategies on how to get more market share,
closing sales over the phone.
Some procurement activities like: Contacting and negotiating with the suppliers, getting quotations, making Cost Analysis & Price Comparison reports, briefing the managers and Helping the company with the import of materials; are also part of the job.
- Taking orders from the customers present all over the globe,
- Following them up, to convert them into Sales,
- Getting maximum number of Sales for the project,
- Problem solving and Providing support services to the customers through chat, email, over the phone and by the use of CRMS.
- Coordination with the Billing Merchants and with the Verification Department for the authorization of payments and the verification purposes.
Worked on several campaigns with:
BELL CANADA: Canada’s top Telecommunication company
and
COMWAVE TELECOM: Canada's largest private independent phone company.
** Team Lead: Role of 'Acting Team Lead' was assigned, because of the impressive performance on the floor.
** Trainer: Trained some batches as well, who, after getting trained, performed exceptionally well in achieving the assigned targets.
** Senior Sales Executive: As a result of over-achieving targets consistently, I was promoted from the position of 'Sales Executive', to the 'Senior Sales Executive' position.
Responsibilities as Sales Executive included,
- Cold Calling in North American Region,
- Building the brand and company rapport,
- Introducing the product to the customer,
- Following them up, to convert them into Sales,
- Getting maximum number of Sales for the project,
- Problem solving and Providing support services to the customers.
Duties included filing, Billing, Preparation and Submission of Reports & dealing with customers regarding the company’s matters.
