•Contacting the Local purchase dept (LPD) with regards to items locally purchased on Petty cash or materials related to Local purchase order (LPO)
•Activation of items for material inspection in SAP System and Updating of Bin cards with new item codes
•Preparation of various store related documents in MS Word & MS Excel or presentations on MS PowerPoint
•Taking photographs of damaged or unusable materials inside the stores and forward them to concerned department for repairing or rectify the problems and give out the solution.
CSR & Email Support Executive for HP- Hewlett Packard
•Handling all technical inbound and outbound calls related to customer query on Hardware and Software products.
•Handling all technical incoming and outgoing emails for HP Commercial and value (VIP) customers.
•Creating complains/cases related to any technical fault in Hardware products such as Proliant servers, EVAs,
Storage devices, XPs, Pro curve switches, Laptops, and all other printers and scanners / Software products
such as HPUX, Oracle and Windows.
•Assigning remote diagnose team to work on cases.
•Assigning Hp & Partner Engineers to the customers through onsite and remote support.
•Responsible for ordering parts from GCC and Europe through DHL services during office hours
and out of office hours & leasing with DHL until shipments are delivered to customer site.
•Ensuring that HP and Partner onsite Engineers are pro actively followed until the job is completed
•Handling customer escalations on technical and support service.
•Providing updates to customer on ETA of part, Reason of delay and Involving SDO / ASM / MOD / DM when
needed.
