• Responsible for Telecom Operator Relationship and managing accounts
• Responsible for Issue Tracking starting from reporting the issues till closure of the issues.
• Responsible for project management activities like initiating Project Plan, Resource management. Status Report Preparation & Risk Management activities at project level.
• Monitoring the status health of the project and providing reports to the delivery head.
• Mentoring the team on various project related activities and process related initiatives

• Managing and controlling core kennel smsc.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of Linux servers.
• Analyzed performance problems and implemented preventive maintenance procedures.
• Performed Linux administration and data migration activities.
