1-Identify training and development opportunities.
2-Organize and coordinate staff training sessions, workshops and activities with training centers.
3-Prepares lists of attendance of the training programs and update the staff training program list.
4. Create charts on monthly basis, the subject of how many hours of training each department staff spent and how much the cost was during each month.
3-Create plans in regards to developing human resource role

9- Payroll using SAP for entries of off cycles, loans, absences and deductions.

Employee Relations:
Handling & processing all the leaves request.
-Handling all the resignation processors.
-New hires papers and entering in the system for their payments and insurance.
-Calculate employee’s salary Adjustments or increases.
Payroll:
-Make the necessary data entry for the new hires.
-Enter and process bonuses or salary increment
-Preparation of assignment set handed to Finance Department.
Recruitment:
-C.V scanning, arranging interviews, prepare the salary calculation.
-Prepare offers and employment contracts.
-Psychometric exam.
-Verification of credentials.
-Processing the work visa requirements with the Government Relation Department.
